Weather Policy

At Wonder Cinema, we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. In case of bad weather that negatively affects the viewing experience, we will reschedule the event rather than cancel it outright. No refunds will be issued for bad weather conditions; however, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you prefer, you may swap your ticket for a new event, subject to availability, even if it is at a different Wonder Cinema location.

Change of Plans by the Customer

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may no longer be able to attend an event you've booked. Depending on when you notify us, the following options are available:

Transfer to Another Event: You may move your ticket to another event or use the amount paid as online/in-store credit for any other purchase on our website.
Full Refund: If you provide us with more than 30 days' notice before the event date, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price.
Partial Refund: Notifications given less than 30 days but more than 3 days before the event will receive a partial refund, equating to 50% of the sale amount.
Ticket Transfer with No Refund: If the cancellation occurs within 3 days of the event, no refund will be provided. However, we allow you to transfer your ticket to another event.

Merchant Fees

Please note that we are unable to refund any third-party fees (such as those from Wix and PayPal) absorbed by us at the time of the ticket sale. These merchant fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
