Seating is only provided  for VIP, where a deck chair will be reserved close to the screen, otherwise we advise all to bring something you would be comfortable on for the duration of the movie, such as camping chairs with blankets.

Cardiff - A small amount of public on street parking is available around the venue, there is also parking within the car parks for the businesses opposite the venue however we highly encourage people to share rides or use public transport, if disabled, please give us a message and we will endeavor to make adjustments to facilitate, if driving, please watch out for signs with time limits or residential parking notices, we are not responsible for damage, theft or parking tickets.

Any event taking place in an RFC will have food and drink options available from behind the bar, we book in stalls, food, drink and entertainment vendors but as these are all local independant businesses we cannot promise that they will attend every event, they all have personal circumstances that might affect their presence.

Our events will only be cancelled in the event of high winds or extreme rain as the safety of our staff is our priority, our operation limit is 24MPH winds, so unless this is exceeded we will go ahead with the event,

For drive-in, the only way this will affect you as a customer is that you may need to leave your engine running to operate your windscreen wipers,

For outdoor, we understand you may not want to sit in the rain, and even on the day of the event you are permitted to move your tickets to another day or location free of charge, 

​

In the rare event we have to cancel an event, please refer to our refund policy for further information regarding weather, as we do not give refunds for cancellations over high winds/rain, but we do offer another two free tickets ontop of the purchased amount as compensation for the move to a different day/location, your ticket may also be used to attend drive-in instead

Local stalls and businesses will be on site providing an arrange of items and goods, and there are spots on our screen for businesses to advertise, if you own a local business and would like to set up a stall, or if you're interested in having your business advert appear before the movies, please email customerservice@wondercinema.co.uk

You are allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks, we however highly encourage you to purchase from our on site providers

Furry friends are welcome at our events, however our RFC venues don't permit animals on the field for the safety of rugby players as animal excrement can contain certain potentially harmful diseases,

We recommend our non-RFC venues for your furry friends to enjoy the movie with you! They're also welcome in the car for drive-in.
