How many people are expected per day?
Outdoor Cinema: 3000 Guests Min.
5000 Guests Max,
What audience will I be selling to?
Our data tells us that mainly families aged 25-50 with at least one child will be attending. There are some younger attendees but this is the main age range for our ticket holders
Are tables and power provided?
Sadly no, it is up to the vendor to supply the necessary set-up to sell
How many other stalls will be there?
For our Food and Film Festival, due to the nature of event we will have the following
x5 Main Meal Stalls
x2 Bar/Alcoholic Drink Stalls
x10 Game Stalls
x20 Dessert, Treats and Snack Stalls
How many days can I book?
As many as you want, once approved
What dates and locations are available?
Cardiff, St. Peters RFC
August 2026
Aug 21st, 22nd & 23rd
Set-up: 12pm
Doors: 4pm
End: 10:15pm
Films: Greatest Showman, Mamma Mia, Wicked
Are we confident 3000 people minimum will show up?
Yes, in fact this figure is conservative. We are sure more than that will come. This festival is only £3 for customers to attend. We tested this idea on a smaller scale before and it sold out within 48 hours.
How much is it?
Main Meal Stall: £200 per day
Cocktail/Bar Stall: £200 per day
Dessert/Snack Stall: £100 per day
Game Stalls: £100 per day
How do I book a space?
1. Fill out the application form below
2. Pick the dates you want to attend on the form
3. We will contact you confirming or denying your request
4. Once confirmed you will be asked for a 50% deposit
We'll then gather promo off you to promote you from January through to August
